3. What personal data we process
Depending on how you interact with the Site and the Service, we may process the following categories of data:
- information you submit through contact forms on the Site (name, email address, company name, message content);
- Service account data (email address, name if provided, password or another sign-in method, organization identifier when working in a team workspace);
- technical data (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of access, logs required for operating and securing the Service);
- the content of documents you create, upload, or store in the Service — processed to provide editor functionality (storage, display, export, and collaboration where enabled);
- the content of prompts and selected document fragments you submit to the Service's AI features — processed to generate a model response (see Section 14);
- subscription plan, status, and billing history data — when you use paid plans.
4. Purposes of processing
- providing access to the Site and the Service, authenticating users, and maintaining accounts;
- handling inquiries submitted through contact forms, product and pricing consultations, sales and support communication;
- entering into and performing a contract (Service registration, subscribing to a paid plan under the Public Offer);
- operating editor functionality, including AI features initiated by the user;
- improving the Site and the Service and analyzing feature usage (without building an individual advertising profile);
- ensuring information security, preventing fraud and violations of the Terms of Service;
- complying with applicable Russian legislation.
5. Legal bases for processing
- consent of the data subject — when submitting forms on the Site and registering for the Service;

- compliance with a legal obligation under Russian legislation.
6. Sources of personal data
Personal data comes directly from the user — through forms on the Site and Service registration and use. Some technical data is generated automatically while you interact with the Site and the Service (access logs, usage metadata).
8. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not sell personal data and does not disclose it for purposes unrelated to operating the Site and the Service. Personal data may be disclosed only to the extent necessary to operate the Site and the Service, namely to:
- providers of hosting and technical infrastructure for the Site and the Service;
- email and communication services used to process inquiries submitted through contact forms;
- AI model providers — when a user initiates an AI feature of the Service, and only to the extent necessary to generate a response (see Section 14);
- public authorities — upon a lawful request made in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.
An up-to-date list of recipient categories is available on request through the “General inquiries” form.
9. Cross-border data transfer
As of the effective date of this Policy, personal data is processed and stored within the Russian Federation. If this changes, the Company will update this Policy in advance and, where required by law, obtain the appropriate consent.
10. Retention periods
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section 4 — generally for the duration of the Service account or until consent is withdrawn, plus an additional period required to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, dispute resolution). Inquiries submitted through contact forms are retained no longer than necessary to process them and for a reasonable subsequent archival period, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.
11. Security measures
The Company applies organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed, including access restrictions, encrypted connections to the Site and the Service (TLS), backups, and controlled access to infrastructure.
12. Your rights
Under applicable Russian legislation, you have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
- request access to your personal data and its correction, restriction, or deletion if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary for the stated purpose;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the competent Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor);
- seek judicial protection of your rights.
To exercise these rights, submit a request through the “General inquiries” form marked “Personal data” — we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
13. Children's data
The Site and the Service are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent from a legal guardian, please let us know through the “General inquiries” form and we will delete the data.
14. AI disclosures
Certain Service features use artificial intelligence models to assist with document text. When you trigger such a feature, your prompt and the selected document fragment are sent to the selected model provider to generate a response. By default, the Service uses model providers located in the Russian Federation; the current list of providers and any available controls over storing AI conversation history are published in the Service interface (Settings).
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies — please review the output before relying on it.
15. Changes to this Policy
The Company may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page together with its effective date. We will additionally notify Service users through the account interface about changes that materially expand the purposes or categories of data processed.
